Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Counsel, Corporate & Compliance, to join our Legal team. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Counsel, Compliance, this attorney will play a pivotal role in supporting compliance initiatives, corporate governance, and subsidiary management across the organization.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission requirements.
• 5+ years of corporate law or compliance experience.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. state; MA bar eligibility if not admitted.
• Strong collaboration and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance programs, sanctions, EU frameworks, and corporate regulations.
• Draft clear, actionable policies and research regulatory standards.
• Design and deliver compliance training for employees.
• Assist with internal reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare board/shareholder materials and annual statements.
• Support financing matters and capital transactions through due diligence.
• Manage domestic and international corporate records and subsidiaries.
• Provide legal support to General Counsel and AGC on various matters.
