Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in integrated communications or PR.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate image, and/or issues management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience using AI tools like Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs and drive PR campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, influencers, and content creators.
• Serve as day-to-day counsel for clients and internal stakeholders, guiding messaging and flagging risks.
• Lead planning sessions to identify storytelling opportunities and audience engagement approaches.
• Draft pitches, media materials, executive briefing documents, reactive statements, and coverage reports.
• Monitor media, social, industry and competitive conversations; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate campaigns across client, agency, and partner teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• May oversee career development and performance of direct reports and sponsor team satisfaction.
