• Outline and execute correspondence procedures to support business needs and maintain consistent brand voice across channels.
• Coordinate external interchanges and internal communications for 1:1 and one-to-many engagement.
• Tell stories in fresh ways to create positive perception of Microsoft among external partners and audiences.
• Inform and engage internal audiences to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging strategy and communications initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze communications impact to refine plans and channels.
