Qualifications

• 4+ years in integrated communications or PR, preferably in an agency setting; 1+ years of management experience
• Minimum of 3 years in strategic communications, corporate image, and/or issues management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience using AI tools like Copilot

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs, driving PR campaigns and ensuring timely delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, industry influencers, and content creators
• Serve as day-to-day counsel for clients and internal stakeholders, flag risks and keep workstreams aligned
• Lead planning sessions, brainstorms, and identify storytelling opportunities
• Draft and develop communications materials including pitches, FAQs, and executive briefs
• Monitor media and social conversations to identify reputational risks and opportunities
• Coordinate across client, agency, and partner teams to support program execution
• May manage direct reports and oversee career development
