Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or English.
• 8+ years’ experience in communications or marketing.
• 14+ years’ experience if no bachelor’s degree.
• Proven bid/proposal writing experience.
• Experience with regulated industries or utilities preferred.
• Regular writing exercise for finalists.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and advance acquisition initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
• Write, edit and manage complex RFP and bid responses.
• Produce external communications to strengthen market presence.
• Develop collateral for State Business Development initiatives.
• Build relationships with acquisition and origination stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Identify risks and suggest clear remediation.
• Perform additional writing and project work with limited supervision.
