Job summary

Regions Bank in Clayton, MO is seeking a Corporate Relationship Specialist to provide administrative and sales support to Corporate Relationship Managers and its corporate banking clients. You will handle servicing requests, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Treasury Management for onboarding and deposits.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills, with a focus on process improvements and effective support for loan and deposit activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and six (6) or more years banking experience OR Bachelor's degree and four (4) years banking or client support experience

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for Corporate Banking clients and manages servicing requests
• Performs daily support related to client relationships and keeps RMs informed of activity
• Maintains data integrity for the portfolio and resolves discrepancies
• Communicates effectively to resolve client issues
• Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Supports RMs with miscellaneous administrative tasks
• Identifies and executes process improvements to enhance client experience
• Assists with event execution, special projects and pitch books
• Deposits: collaborates with RM to determine solutions and onboards clients with TM resources
• Credits/Loans: liaises with underwriting and loan fulfillment teams; handles due diligence
