With 5+ years in corporate law, you will draft and negotiate complex agreements, assist with governance, and monitor regulatory changes affecting client operations.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Bar admission required.
Minimum 5 years in corporate law, with a track record in corporate/M&A and contract negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contracts.
Advise on corporate governance and policy development.
Stay current on changes in corporate law and advise clients accordingly.
