Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts (equity/asset purchase agreements, shareholder/partnership/operating agreements, loan, license, financing, service, NDA, and restrictive covenants).
• Perform due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Provide advice on contract terms and legal implications of business operations.
• Manage high client volume and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
