Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and J.D. Degree.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, and court procedures; ability to organize data into arguments.

• Active attorney license in the state of “x”.
• High initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
• Organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including various agreements.
• Research legal issues related to business transactional matters within budget and time constraints.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Manage high client volume and workload responsibility.
• Provide advice on contract terms and legal implications of business operations.
• Assist in developing strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal problems.
