Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. Degree.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including equity and asset purchase agreements, shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, loan and license agreements, and NDAs.
• Research legal issues related to business transactional matters and provide analysis within client budgets and time constraints.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage high client volume and workload responsibility.
• Provide advice to clients regarding contract terms and legal implications of business operations.
• Assist in developing strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal problems.
