• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including equity and asset purchase agreements, financing agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Provide strategic legal advice on risk management and contract terms.
• Manage high client volume and workload responsibilities.
• Research legal issues related to business transactional matters and provide analyses.
