Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years in Finance or Accounting roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement and ERP transformations.
• Hands-on SAP ERP knowledge including finance modules and testing.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance, IT, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process improvement initiatives across global operations.
• Drive standardization of finance and accounting processes and best practices.
• Coordinate SAP ERP transformation initiatives and project governance.
• Partner with global stakeholders to address process challenges and improvements.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Enhance data integrity and SAP reporting capabilities for decision making.
• Support internal controls, compliance, and governance.
