Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee accounting activities for the company and subsidiaries, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Tax, and external auditors to maintain GAAP compliance and drive continuous process improvements.

You will manage month-end close, journal entries, consolidations, corporate allocations, tax filings, and audit support, while developing a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS familiarity where applicable.
• Experience in corporate accounting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Experience in manufacturing, multi-entity, or shared services environments.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead journal entries, consolidations, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate tax filings, debt schedules, and insurance-related accounting.
• Prepare audit support materials and respond to external auditors.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and executives.
