Job summary

Provive Wellness is seeking a highly driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations across multiple states. You will lead day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and align teams with growth goals as the company scales its PHP, IOP, and OP services.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with directors, and a hands-on approach to ensure compliance and performance. Travel is required to support multi-state locations; competitive compensation and incentives.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and ensures that systems, teams, and processes are running effectively at all times.
