• 7 to 10 years of senior leadership experience in real estate, affordable housing, or related finance sectors.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and project finance in complex assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, urban planning, or nonprofit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for asset & property management, construction, finance, and compliance, delivering strong outcomes for thousands of affordable housing units and projects.
• Oversee and optimize business processes, financial forecasting, and project execution in complex, regulated environments.
• Act as a strategic advisor for growth initiatives, board engagement, and community partnerships, ensuring operational sustainability and mission alignment.
• Mentor and develop staff, promote succession planning, and drive continuous improvement across all functions.
• Direct critical risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for a portfolio exceeding $100M in assets.
