Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Conversational AI Specialist to lead discovery and development of AI experiences at the Virtual Connect contact centre. You will partner with technology, analytics, design, risk and business leaders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will bring 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree, with proficiency in conversational AI and CCaaS tools such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.

Qualifications

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in conversational AI gained through education and business experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
• Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.
• Influence skills - In-depth.
• Data driven decision making - In-depth.
• Available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and development of Conversational AI experiences for BMO Virtual Connect.
• Collaborate with technology, analytics, design, risk and business leaders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Provide technology requirements and subject matter expertise for initiatives.
• Design, build, and monitor reports and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with risk and compliance frameworks during implementation.
