Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with revenue and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop others.
• Experience with multiple systems and data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end close and general accounting activities.
• Oversee revenue accounting and ensure information is accurate and useful.
• Prepare, analyze and interpret financial statements and management reporting.
• Dig into data, identify inconsistencies and improve the quality of financial reporting.
• Pull and manipulate information from multiple systems to support accounting and operational needs.
• Provide financial information used in healthcare cost reporting.
• Supervise select members of the finance/systems team.
• Partner closely with the CFO and other members of a collaborative accounting department.
• Assist with budgeting, audit preparation and other finance initiatives.
• Take on special projects as the organization evolves.
