This is a hands-on opportunity with our client, a growing healthcare organization where priorities shift, unusual projects come up, and the finance team works together to figure things out. You’ll have autonomy, direct access to the CFO, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how financial information is reported and used across the organization.

This is not a highly structured, stay-in-your-lane Controller position. The right person will be adaptable, curious and comfortable moving between month-end, revenue analysis, reporting challenges, system work and special projects without needing every day to follow the same routine.

What You’ll Do
