Job summary

This jack-of-all-trades Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, systems, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, and risk controls. In-office with WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 8 years of experience.
• Experience as Accounting Manager / Controller / Finance Manager in a growing private company.
• Industry background preferred (financial services, insurance or professional services) in a company with <100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Direct treasury function and cash management.
• Develop and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Support strategic projects and system improvements.
