Job summary

CCR Technologies in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Controller to oversee accounting operations across a holding company and its portfolio of businesses. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records, strengthen internal controls, and support monthly close and audits.

The role leads AP/AR, treasury management, and cross-portfolio accounting processes, partnering with the CFO and finance leaders to enable informed decisions and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting and leadership experience.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and GL management.
• Experience with multi-entity holding company and consolidated financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen accounting operations across a holding company and multiple operating businesses.
• Own accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, improving cash flow visibility and working capital management.
• Establish and refine standardized accounting processes and internal controls across portfolios.
• Partner with CFO to support monthly close, consolidated reporting, budgeting and audit readiness.
• Mentor accounting team members and foster continuous improvement.
