Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a VP Controller Consultant to join its Financial Operations practice in Dallas. You will act as a strategic partner delivering interim and project-based accounting support for growth-oriented clients.

You’ll collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to implement scalable processes, strengthen internal controls, and optimize budgeting and forecasting across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally on a consulting basis.
• Strong consulting mindset with exceptional client service and communication.
• Experience leading accounting department operations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver senior financial management and accounting services to clients with professionalism.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, and investors to achieve client success and growth.
• Help clients execute growth strategies, implement new processes, and strengthen controls.
