Job summary

ALOM is actively seeking a seasoned Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across our U.S. locations. The role reports to the CFO and demands hands-on leadership in a multi-site environment.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in finance processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and external partners to optimize margins and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in accounting and finance, multi-site or manufacturing/supply chain.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations and month-end close across U.S. locations.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Improve internal controls and standardized financial procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with FP&A.
