Job summary

ALOM is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial management and accounting operations across U.S. locations. This role will lead close processes, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and provide insights to executives.

You will partner with operations and leadership to drive cost efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will have 8–12+ years in accounting with multi-site or manufacturing experience, strong ERP/BI skills, and a proven track record of improving financial

Qualifications

8-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
3-4 years in public accounting and multi-site or manufacturing/supply chain contexts.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Experience with tech-enabled, fast-growing supply chain organizations is highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including GL, cost/revenue recognition, AP/AR, fixed assets, and month-end close.
Ensure timely, accurate US GAAP financial statements and internal controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A with actionable insights.
Collaborate with operations and external partners to improve margins.
Manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
Support ERP enhancements, reporting improvements, and automation initiatives.
