Job summary

You will lead day-to-day accounting operations and partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight supporting business decisions. Ideal candidates possess manufacturing/construction/project-based accounting experience, with expertise in cost accounting, job costing, inventory, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based accounting preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, job/project costing, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely financial statements.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
