Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience; 2+ years in a Controller or similar role.
• Proven success partnering with Operations leaders.
• A hands‑on leader who builds people, not just processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function across multiple entities.
• Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financials.
• Oversee job cost accounting, WIP reporting and margin analysis.
• Partner closely with Operations to translate numbers into insights.
