Job summary

Geneva Search Partners LLC seeks a hands-on Controller to join the senior leadership team in the western suburbs of Chicago. This highly visible role oversees accounting with HR and IT input, partnering with ownership to shape financial and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting, a manufacturing background, strong US GAAP and forecasting skills, ERP experience, and a voice in strategic direction. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
• Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting skills.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and internal controls.
• ERP experience and exposure to system conversions.
