Qualifikationen

• CPA with Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years of accounting leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and managing financial reporting.
• Experience managing public and private grants and related expenditures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a lean scale-up team.

Aufgaben

• Enhance, develop, and implement fiscal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors conducting annual audits of financial records.
• Manage accounting, purchasing, and payroll systems.
• Oversee per pupil invoicing and revenue collection efforts.
• Prepare and supervise financial reports.
• Manage public and private grants with the Outreach & Enrollment team.
• Supervise staff accountants reviewing and processing financial documents.
• Wear multiple hats on a lean scale-up team and take on new projects as needed.
