Job summary

CFS seeks a Controller in Indiana to lead the accounting function, drive close processes, and oversee WIP and AIA billing. The role collaborates with project managers and executives to improve processes and scalability.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of accounting experience at the Controller level, 2+ years in construction accounting, and experience with job costing, WIP, and AIA billing. Hybrid work and strong leadership are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with Controller-level responsibilities.
• 2+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, and AIA billing.
• Spectrum Viewpoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Oversee WIP schedules and AIA billing activities.
• Review job costing reports and project profitability.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
