Job summary

Sovereign Insurance Group is seeking a seasoned Controller in Berwyn, PA to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls in a high-volume environment. You will oversee GAAP-compliant processes, payroll, AR/AP, and reconciliation of carrier statements and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy, leadership, and budgeting processes.
• Manage GAAP compliance, general ledger, AR/AP, and reconciliations.
• Monitor commission accounting, carrier statements, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
