Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting controls, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and translate into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to executives, physicians, and Board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and close.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and financial processes; oversee audits and tax filings.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and overall financial performance.
• Develop financial models and business cases for growth initiatives.
