Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Manufacturing experience with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing.
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls (SOX).
• Experience reporting to a public company or multinational parent with a fixed close and forecast calendar.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP and Amphenol reporting requirements.
• Oversee and deliver financial reporting to Amphenol Corporate, the group and the business unit.
• Develop and present monthly business review packages with insights and analysis.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Lead customer and market segment reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Model capital, restructuring, and footprint decisions with ROI analysis and capital project approvals.
• Ensure SOX, COSO controls and Amphenol financial policies are followed.
• Prepare financial information and supporting documentation for tax filings.
• Manage audits including internal and external financial audits, sales & use tax, income, and inquiries into revenue recognition, lease accounting, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee trade compliance & ESG environments including filings and information governance.
• Set IT and BI strategy, ERP development oversight, and steering-committee reporting.
• Champion company-wide AI adoption including governance and ROI calculations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
