Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Firmwide Controls Program Associate to support execution across firmwide control programs, manage small projects, and design clear reporting materials for senior stakeholders. You will assist across multiple programs, learn quickly, and translate complex information into executive-ready materials.

You will develop PowerPoint dashboards, coordinate actions with team leads, and ensure reporting needs are met for regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PowerPoint design and storytelling skills, with experience in structuring complex information into clear, concise, visually compelling materials for senior audiences.
• Experience managing small projects, workstreams, or cross-functional deliverables, including organizing tasks, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and driving follow‑through.
• Experience designing, managing, and enhancing reporting capabilities, including use of tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across a diverse organization.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive change and follow tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support firmwide control programs by executing tasks and creating senior-ready reports.
• Assist across programs, learn quickly, research issues, summarize actions, coordinate follow-ups.
• Manage small projects and workstreams, develop action plans and track milestones.
• Develop executive PowerPoint materials, dashboards, and reporting packages for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with development teams to ensure reports meet customer needs and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure controls exist around reporting tasks and document them in the risk system.
• Support SME on controls and engage with senior leadership, auditors, regulators.
• Help manage firmwide policies and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Navigate a diverse organization and influence staff at all levels.
• Coordinate UAT for reporting enhancements and ensure changes are production-ready.
