Job summary

Team Housing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end contract lifecycles for supplies, services, and construction projects across the United States.

You will lead vendor onboarding, RFP/RFQ processes, pricing strategy, and negotiations to secure favorable terms while mitigating risk. The role collaborates with project management, finance, legal, and operations to ensure compliant, cost-effective contracts that support THS’s mission for flexible, on-demand lodging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Acquisition/Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive contract management experience.
• Experience with cradle-to-grave contract lifecycles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard suppliers, service providers, and contractors.
• Develop solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) with scopes, criteria, and pricing.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing risk and value.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to protect value for THS.
• Oversee contract administration, amendments, and performance tracking.
• Prepare closeout, reporting, and post-project assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across contracts and risk management.
