Qualifications

• Progressive experience in contract management, cradle-to-grave.
• Strong negotiation and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with procurement of supplies, services, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare RFPs/RFQs and define scopes, criteria, and pricing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align terms with budgets and risk.
• Negotiate terms to optimize value while protecting against overruns.
• Oversee contract execution, milestones, changes, and compliance.
• Manage closeout, reporting, lessons learned, and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain contract records.
