Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a results-oriented professional to lead contract management and supplier performance for a diverse portfolio of operationally critical suppliers in a Charlotte, NC setting. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and collaboration with internal operations to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, supplier management, or contract management, with aviation experience.
• Experience managing supplier performance, contracts, vendor relationships, and business reviews in a complex operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data and reporting tools are a plus.
• A data-driven, fact-based approach to decision-making, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, whether through prior supervisory experience or as a strong individual contributor ready to step into a manager-level role.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and supplier performance for a diverse portfolio of operationally critical suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, contractual commitments, performance guarantees, and remedies to ensure partners consistently meet expectations.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with supplier leadership teams to evaluate performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor supplier performance, build recurring reporting, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Partner with internal operations and supply chain leaders to ensure supplier performance supports business continuity, operational reliability, and overall business objectives.
