Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Contracts & Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Bay Area or PST regions in US/Canada. You will support sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management across logistics and related categories, owning end-to-end processes and driving improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in sourcing, strong vendor engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or related operational categories.
• Experience with global suppliers or international sourcing.
• Experience gathering quotes, managing RFPs, and supplier engagement.
• Knowledge of contract administration and procurement documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity in procurement records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing processes end-to-end from quotes to supplier engagement.
• Coordinate RFPs, spend and pricing analysis.
• Support contract administration including language review and PO exhibits.
• Maintain sourcing dashboards and trackers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement issues.
