Job summary

The Project Specialist at RXinsider LTD. will manage SAP programming, order allocations, forecasting, pricing accuracy, and vendor communications. You will assist product management with vendor and item setup and maintain data in SAP and TEAMS.

You will work with sales, service, contracts, and warehouse teams to resolve inventory and delivery issues, develop reports, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong customer and partner relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal/external customers/management at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy; diligence to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Liaison and account management with internal/external departments to meet account management requirements.
• Troubleshoot inventory and delivery issues with internal operations and vendors; propose improvements.
• Develop SAP programming needs with IT; ensure contract terms updated in SAP and TEAMS.
• Coordinate with Product Management Data Analyst to validate contract fees within SAP; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist Product Managers with contract development, vendor communications, and customer communications for CVS and corporate accounts.
