The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a General Contractor background to lead complex automotive, advanced manufacturing, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage cost, schedule, procurement, and subcontractors while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
Ten or more years’ experience in construction project management.
A valid driver’s license; yearly MVR checks may apply.
Broad understanding of project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean techniques.
Proficiency in 0365 office suite.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage cost, schedule, procurement and subcontractors.
Foster client relationships and risk management.
Mentor team and grow client relationships.
