Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience managing project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, change management, and monthly reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contract administration, procurement, risk management, scheduling, and project controls.
