The Boldt Company seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with a General Contractor background to lead $20M+ automotive, advanced manufacturing, or industrial construction projects. You’ll own delivery from preconstruction through closeout, directing project teams, client relationships, cost, schedule, procurement, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or equivalent.
• Ten+ years’ experience in construction project management and related functions.
• Strong understanding of financial data, production planning and Lean techniques.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee cost, schedule, procurement, subcontractors, risk, and overall delivery.
