Security Clearance: Must be clearable to DoD Secret Level

Location: 10611 Balls Ford Road, Suite 300, Manassas, VA 20109

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant federal government contracts experience

• Occasional local trips within the Washington DC metro area may be required

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of US Government Acquisition and Procurement environment
• Manage full lifecycle of contracts, applying FAR/DFARS regulations and SBIR/STTR programs
• Experience with contract types: CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M
• Negotiate contract modifications and draft related agreements
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on terms and rates
• Address and resolve acquisition challenges
• Negotiate with Government, prime contractors, and subcontractors
• Assist in proposal preparation and conduct price analysis
• Collaborate with Program Managers and other departments to ensure contract compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Certifications like CFCM or CPCM are highly desirable
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SBIR, and STTR programs
