Owens & Minor is seeking a Contracts & Pricing professional to support customers and pricing operations from its Richmond, VA location. You will manage contract data, respond to questions, and resolve complex pricing and rebate issues with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contract and rebate processes.
• Experience in a medical/surgical distribution or manufacturing business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting with customers to review pricing misalignments across accounts, O&M, GPOs and suppliers.
• Schedule and lead regular customer meetings to ensure timely issue resolution and updates.
• Identify expiring contracts and review GPO/tier eligibility documentation.
• Review invoices to correct overcharges and rebates; apply system workarounds for credits.
• Plan pricing for new conversions and GPO changes; track changes across projects.
• Analyze pricing issues to resolve short-pays; support AR on audits.
• Analyze customer metrics to improve internal metrics and customer satisfaction.
