Job summary

NANA is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial service offers, supporting strategic contract formation and risk mitigation. The role requires regular in-office presence at a NANA office in Anchorage, AK or Phoenix, AZ, with the candidate working closely with project managers, legal, and senior management.

Responsibilities include drafting terms, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while driving strategic opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years directly related experience.
• Knowledge of contract terms such as indemnity, warranty and performance acceptance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data management systems (CLM, SharePoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop contract strategy with leadership and drive implementation.
• Support negotiations and administration for various contract types.
• Draft confidentiality and teaming terms; propose favorable terms.
• Review proposed contracts, red-line changes, and ensure compliance.
• Prepare formal contract correspondence aligned with terms and management objectives.
• Interpret policies and operating practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
