Job summary

Moog seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead international OEM contracting for the Commercial Aircraft Group. In this hybrid role, you will support Moog’s global teams from Buffalo, NY or other locations, drafting complex agreements and guiding risk management.

You will coordinate with Law, Trade Compliance, Tax, and Risk Management to ensure compliance and optimal terms, including post-acquisition integration and export control considerations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or JD required with 10+ years of contract experience.
• Extensive international contracting experience, including INCOTERMS and VAT/tariffs.
• Experience defending claims and crafting counterclaims; knowledge of UCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual support to Moog’s Commercial Aircraft Group OEM programs in US/UK.
• Review customer agreements, develop bid strategies, and structure risk-mitigating terms.
• Develop policies to strengthen contracting compliance and regulatory controls.
• Collaborate with Law, Trade Compliance, Tax, Risk Management on international transactions.
• Lead due diligence for Moog acquisitions related to contracting and export controls.
