LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to support government contracts involving data and services across federal, state, and local levels. The role combines negotiation, drafting, and ongoing contract management with cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue targets.

You will advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risks, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with workflows and approvals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years contracting, negotiating, drafting, and managing government contracts.
• Ability to independently negotiate, draft, execute, and manage complex contracts.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate contract compliance and advise stakeholders on rights, obligations, risks, and actions.
• Negotiate, draft, execute, and manage contracts per guidelines and approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Ops to balance customer objectives with business needs.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders; escalate exceptions.
• Support process improvements and education to ensure consistent contracting practices.
• Lead initiatives and contribute to strategic initiatives to drive revenue.
