Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in contract administration or related fields, or a Master's with 3+ years.
Ability to interpret RFPs and contract terms with understanding of cost structures.
Experience with proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract award/execution.
Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with SharePoint and Unanet.
Excellent written and oral communication; highly organized and multitask capable.

Responsibilities

Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts, with management support as appropriate
Review and interpret contract requirements, terms and conditions, and change impacts; develop contract positions as they relate to risk and opportunity
Supports in preparing proposals in response to solicitations, including coordinating and participating in management reviews, fact-finding, and proposal submission
Coordinate with functional teams and management to lead the internal proposal approval process
Conduct contract negotiations through award and execution
Ensure proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
Advise leadership and program management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks
Monitor contract requirements and associated program funding and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are communicated, understood, and followed
Maintain and update contract documents, official program records, and historical contract information, including all contractual documents and correspondence
Ensure compliance with company procedures and government regulations, including FAR/DFARS
Perform contract closeout activities
Maintain open, healthy, and high-value relationships with both internal and external customers
