• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle; able to learn additional applications.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal requests for contract review and determine the appropriate process flow.
• Coordinate contract negotiations, approvals, and signature processes to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with legal teams, internal departments, and external entities throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure legal policies and procedures are followed in all contract-related activities.
• Maintain smooth operational processes that enable business users to complete contract-related work.
• Record, file, and maintain all contract documentation in an organized and compliant manner.
