Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Senior Principal Contract Administrator to support the MSTS division. The role covers proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration, and customer engagement to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in line with policies and requirements.

The candidate will work under general supervision on routine to complex contractual matters and ensure compliance, deliverables and invoicing are handled accurately for multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field, or a Master’s with 5 years of experience.
• Experience using MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Interim U.S. Government Secret Clearance required with ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues and monitor contract obligations.
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, and administration to manage assigned programs.
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and accurate invoicing.
