Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Contract Administrator to support government and internal programs from Apopka, FL, Redondo Beach, CA, or Linthicum, MD. The role emphasizes contract lifecycle management, negotiations, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on proposals, coordinate internal reviews, and ensure contract terms align with customer requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience in contracts, subcontracts, business management, finance, accounting, or related field; OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with proposal development and negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Review and analyze RFPs and SOWs to advise on terms and conditions.
