Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of Contracts Administration and Leadership experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of the full contracts administration function for the National Intelligence Sector, mentoring and developing a team of contracts professionals.
• Accelerate business growth through strategic customer engagement, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, and complex contract negotiations.
• Drive rigorous due diligence across contractual documents and maintain a disciplined change-control process for compliance.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to internal stakeholders and cross-functional leaders, guiding contract decisions.
• Champion internal compliance by aligning contract performance with regulations and agency requirements.
